$10 million bond in killing at Laundromat

CLEVELAND — A judge set bond at $10 million for Jeremiah Jackson Wednesday morning in the shooting death of Tracy Pickryl during a robbery at the Laundromat where she worked.

Jackson, 29, of Cleveland, did not enter a plea to charges of aggravated murder and felonious assault in Cleveland Municipal Court. He waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was jailed.

Cuyahoga County prosecutors will present his case to a grand jury for formal charges.

Jackson was arrested by Cleveland's SWAT unit about 11:10 p.m. Saturday at a house on Hillcrest Road in Cleveland Heights.
